Evening Entertainment/Gathering

This year's entertainment will be held at the Hamilton Indoor Go Karts.

 

Each participant will compete in the following:

  • 5 lap warm up race
  • 2 ~ 30 lap races

The top 8 drivers will compete in a winner takes all 10 minute feature race.

Racing will start at 8:00pm, free transportation will be supplied from the Host hotel.

Cost is $45 per driver.

Food and drinks (non-alcoholic) will be supplied by Firemaster Productions.

Schedule for the Evening Demonstrations:

7:30pm – 8:30pm

Re-enactors for local historic Forts in Ontario will be discharging replica cannons from the 1800’s and providing a commentary of old battles.

 

8:45pm

Grand opening with High Level (Professional) Product.

 

8:50pm

Vulcan Fireworks will demonstrate consumer product.

 

9:10pm

Mystical Distributing will demonstrate consumer product.

 

9:30pm – 9:50pm

Consumer Fireworks Competition – East vs. West

Two competitors battle it out to see who can design the best fireworks display using consumer fireworks. Both competitors, one from Alberta, the other from Ontario, have been given $3,000 to spend on fireworks and produce a 5-7 minute display.

        9:30pm

        Consumer fireworks competitor from Alberta (Jared Deschner) will shoot his choreographed consumer display.

        9:40pm

        Consumer fireworks competitor from Ontario (Chris Kerr) will shoot his choreographed consumer display.

 

9:50pm

BEM will demonstrate a selection of consumer and professional high level products.

 

10:15pm

The announcement of the winner of the Consumer Fireworks Competition followed by the trophy presentation.

 

10:20pm

The Canadian Fireworks Association-ACP will present a High Level fireworks display.

 

10:30pm

Fireworks Factory will demonstrate a selection of professional high level cakes.

 

10:45pm

Royal Pyrotechnie will present a high level pyro-musical fireworks display.

 

**The above times are approximate. The event must be completed by 11:00pm, so the schedule will be hurried if time permits.
